Non Rust 304 Stainless Steel Zip Ties are 11.75" long and used as a safety measure to attach a banner to the Hardware by looping through the grommet on the banner and the safety pin. It is not meant to tightly attach, but to just prevent the banner from moving off the end of the rod in severe winds. It's best to always have extras on hand, especially when changing out banners. 100/Pkg.
