This Windspill Junior Fixed Complete Banner Installation Kit includes everything needed to mount a banner, top and bottom hem, on a light pole. The Complete Kit includes:

2 each JR Fixed Arm Units with 13/16" Solid Fiberglass rods epoxied into the Arm Casting*

4 each Quick-Release Stainless Steel Banding, 9/16" wide x 40" long

2 each 11" Cable Tie, 50# Black, UV resistant
10 Year Warranty

* Arm Units have approximately 1" of extra rod exposed to allow for banner width variances.
